Our Milestones
Professor Frank Edughom Ekpar, Professor of Artificial Intelligence and Biomedical Engineering, and our founder, has extended his original groundbreaking three-dimensional multilayer electroencephalography (EEG) systems, also known as Ekpar Electroencephalography systems or EKPAR EEG systems, by inventing methods, algorithms and systems that leverage the characteristics of EKPAR EEG systems to enable unprecedented high-performance applications of the EEG for the advancement of humanity as well as methods, algorithms and systems for practical computer-mediated brain-to-brain communication for the peace and advancement of humanity.

While residing in Japan in 2011, our founder, Dr. Frank Edughom Ekpar (now Professor Frank Edughom Ekpar, Professor of Artificial Intelligence and Biomedical Engineering) created the groundbreaking EKPAR ELECTROENCEPHALOGRAPHY (EKPAR EEG), a novel three-dimensional multilayer EEG system that is a game changer for the widely utilized EEG, potentially enabling the high levels of performance and efficiency that can currently only be achieved through surgical implantation of electrodes in the brain without the need for risky, expensive and inconvenient surgical implantation of electrodes in the brain. This has far-reaching consequences for a wide array of applications of the EEG ranging from medicine to computing and beyond.

Starting in 2024, our founder, Dr. Frank Edughom Ekpar is giving out Scholar Medic - his comprehensive artificial intelligence (AI)-driven healthcare system - free of charge to assist medical doctors in their clinical decision making, saving millions of lives and improving living conditions for millions more, including the most vulnerable in society.
